eborah Estelle Philips (born in 1978) is an actress. She is best known for her role as Katie Walker, the Yellow Ranger, in Power Rangers: Time Force when she was 22. She also appeared in a Snoop Dogg and Nelly's "#1" music video .

Katie is the heart of the Ranger team, a sharp contrast to Jen. She is bubbly and spirited by nature, and never hides her true feelings. Ironically, Katie also possesses super strength, possibly obtained by futuristic genetic engineering. In her own time, Katie is very close with her family, and it is killing her to not be able to be with them. The possibility of never seeing them again nearly drove her to quit being a Power Ranger.

She has since accepted Silver Hills as her home, and never hesitates to put herself on the line for her teammates, and also never hesitates to give anyone a big bear hug when she wants to.

Katie returned to 2002 for a short time to help the Wild Force Rangers defeat the Mutorgs. She easily beat Danny at arm wrestling.
